Egypt's Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) on Sunday ruled that an article of electoral law, regulating the dividion of the electoral districts of the country's upcoming parliamentary elections, as unconstitutional, a ruling that may delay voting for a new parliament set to start on March 21, state-run Nile TV reported.
