Myanmar rowers to compete in pre-SEA Games

Myanmar selected rowers will compete in the pre-SEA games Asian Cup (1) international rowing tournament from March 10-15, according to Myanmar Rowing Federation on Friday.

Only the athletes from Southeast Asian countries are eligible to take part in the pre-SEA games tournament.

As a preparation for the 28th SEA Games, a total of 25 Myanmar national rowers has been trained by a Chinese coach since 2004.

The 28th SEA Games will be hosted by Singapore on June 5-16.

Myanmar won one gold, two silver and two bronze medals at the 27th SEA Games hosted by Myanmar in 2013. Endi
