Brazil's Internacional rose to second in Group 4 of the Copa Libertadores on Thursday after a 3-1 victory over Universidad de Chile.

Jorge Henrique and Eduardo Sasha were also on target after halftime while Gustavo Canales pulled a goal back for the visitors.

Internacional are now second in their group after two matches, three points behind Ecuador's Emelec. Universidad are last, having yet to secure a point.

D'Alessandro dedicated his goal to his son, who is due to be born within days.

"It was a special moment, my son is about to be born. My whole family came to the stadium and the victory crowned the moment."
