At least 30 people were injured Tuesday morning when a Metrolink train collided with a tractor trailer and derailed northwest of Los Angeles, Southern California of the United States.

BRUSSELS -- European Union officials on Tuesday approved the extension aid program for Greece, considering the list of Greece reform measures to be sufficiently comprehensive.
Commenting on the list of Greece reform measures arriving yesterday, European Commission Vice-President for the Euro and Social Dialogue Valdis Dombrovskis said those measures are deemed sufficiently comprehensive to be a valid starting point for the successful conclusion of the review. PRAGUE -- At least nine people have been likely killed in a shooting incident in the eastern part of the Czech Republic on Tuesday, local media reported, citing police sources.
The killer has been detained shortly after the deadly shooting happened in a restaurant at the eastern Czech town of Uhersky Brod, some 300 km southeast of Prague, Czech news TV reported. (Czech Republic-Shooting)

ABUJA -- At least 14 people were killed when a suicide bomber wreaked havoc at a crowded bus station in the northeast Nigerian town of Potiskum on Tuesday, medics at a local hospital confirmed.
Medical officers at the Potiskum General Hospital said 14 lifeless bodies were, so far, deposited at the morgue in the hospital premises, while 50 other people were admitted at the incident and emergency unit of the state-run facility. (Nigeria-Attack)
