Armed men intercepted two buses in Shahjoi district of Afghanistan's Zabul province, kidnapping 30 passengers and taking them to unknown places on Monday, acting provincial governor Mohammad Ashraf Nasiri said Tuesday. "A group of unknown armed men stopped two buses in Shahjoi district of Zabul province Monday afternoon and took 30 commuters to unknown locations," Nasiri told reporters here.

He blamed Taliban militants for the abduction of the passengers. Taliban has yet to claim responsibility. Endi
