Brazilian midfielder Jadson eyes China move

Xinhua, February 24, 2015 Adjust font size:

Corinthians midfielder Jadson is set to join Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Sainty, according to media reports.

The Nanjing-based club is said to be prepared to pay Jadson's five million-euro buyout fee, Folha de S. Paulo reported on Friday.

It is understood the transfer could go ahead even without the consensus of Corinthians coach Tite, who is keen for the 31-year- old to stay.

Jadson has been in impressive form since regaining his place in Corinthians' first-team last month.

The former Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker was his team's standout player in their 2-0 Copa Libertadores victory against Sao Paulo last week. He is contracted to Corinthians until December. Endite
