Dollar trades in mid-118 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the mid- 118 yen range early Tuesday in Tokyo deals, slightly lower from its previous day levels.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 118.51-53 yen compared with 118.60-61 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon.

The euro fetched 1.1333-1334 dollars and 134.31-32 yen against 1.1428-1430 dollars and 135.54-58 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday. Financial markets in New York were closed Monday for a national holiday. Endi
