Xinhua, February 16, 2015 Adjust font size:

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will be visiting Pakistan on Feb. 17 to Feb. 18, focusing on economic cooperation talks, Pakistan's foreign ministry said on Monday.

This would be Davutoglu's first visit to Pakistan since assuming the PM office in August 2014. Earlier, he visited Pakistan as foreign minister.

"The visit of Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu would take this process forward, contributing to the peace and prosperity of the two countries and advancing the shared goals of peace, stability and development in the region," said a statement released by the foreign ministry.

Both countries will sign several agreements and MoUs to boost cooperation in various fields, it said. Endi
