Xinhua, February 14, 2015 Adjust font size:

Australia's Scott Hend had a brilliant six-under-par 66 for 201 on day three to take the lead at the Thailand Classic on Saturday.

Hend, with six Asian Tour wins under his belt, had five birdies and an eagle on the 13th hole at the 2 million dollars tournament in Hua Hin.

Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez, the oldest player in the field at 51, and local boy Thongchai Jaidee shared the second place on 201.

They were followed by Thailand's Kiradech Aphibarnrat on 204.

Northern Ireland's Michael Hoey, who posted a course record 64 on the opening day, was down to joint 27th on 209. Endi
