Germany says agreement over Ukraine crisis reached in Minsk

German Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that an agreement was reached in Minsk over Ukraine crisis.

The ministry made the announcement in its twitter account, but didn' t reveal further details.

Earlier on Thursday, the ministry said in its website that the marathon four-way negotiations which started Wednesday evening was "not easy" and perhaps the last chance for a political resolution to the crisis. Endi
