Urgent: Four-way talks on Ukraine in Minsk resume

Leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine are continuing negotiations on Ukraine crisis, Interfax news agency reported.

The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko reportedly said earlier that there is "yet no good news" at their talks, adding that a number of Russian conditions are "unacceptable." Endit
