Urgent: Minsk talks on Ukraine enter 13th hour, 80 pct of deal ready

The four-way talks on Ukraine crisis in the Belarusian capital of Minsk went into the 13th hour since starting on Wednesday with 80 percent of the document, which contains more than 10 points agreed, RIA Novosti reported.
