Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Minsk on Wednesday to take part in a four-way meeting on the Ukraine crisis, said the Kremlin press service.

Leaders from Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine are expected to meet in the Belarusian capital of Minsk for a summit planned to start at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT) Wednesday.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who reportedly would also go to Minsk, has said that experts have made tangible progress in preparing all the proposal documents for the summit. Endi
