Monroe lifted Pistons past Hornets

Greg Monroe had 23 points and 12 rebounds as the Detroit Pistons beat the Charlotte Hornets 106-78 in Tuesday's NBA action.

Andre Drummond had 14 points and nine rebounds, D.J. Augustin added 18 points as the Pistons build a 23-point lead at the end of the third quarter.
