Chinese herdsmen hold Nadam to celebrate Spring Festival

About 300 ethnic Mongolian herdsmen held a spring Nadam Fair to embrace the upcoming Chinese lunar New Year Sunday in Bayan Nur, north in China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Local nomads participated in a series of sports events, like archery, camel racing, horse racing, Mongolian wrestling and traditional costume display, which attracted hundreds of tourists.

Nadam is a mass traditional Mongolian festival in which people celebrate harvests and pray for good luck. Endi
