Public mourning for Taiwan plane crash victims on Feb. 10

A public memorial ceremony will be held on Feb. 10 in Taipei to mourn victims of the TransAsia Airways plane crash.

At least 35 people, including 25 tourists from the Chinese mainland, were killed when the plane, bound for Taiwan's Kinmen Island, crashed into the Keelung River in downtown Taipei ten minutes after takeoff on Wednesday.

Seven passengers and one flight attendant are still missing. Fifteen people survived the crash. Endi
