The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has confirmed that its top leader Kim Jong Un would come to Moscow in May for celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany, the Kremlin said Wednesday.

"The North Korean leader's participation has been confirmed, and we are getting ready for his arrival," the Interfax news agency quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
