Son sends South Korea to Asian Cup semis

Son Hueng Min scored twice in extra-time to secure South Korea's 2-0 win over Uzbekistan and a semifinal spot in the Asian Cup on Thursday.

Son headed Kim Jin Su's cross through Uzbekistan keeper Ignatiy Nesterov in the 104th minute and added a second goal in the 119th.

Hosts Australia take on China in Brisbane later in the day. Endi
