(Recast) Cambodian former telecom minister dies at age of 71

Former minister of posts and telecommunications and incumbent lawmaker So Khun died on Wednesday of illness at the age of 71, an official confirmed.
"He died from leukemia on Wednesday morning at his residence in Phnom Penh," said Sim Thy, a senior official at the ministry of posts and telecommunications.
So Khun was the minister of posts and telecommunication from 1993 to 2013, according to a statement from the National Assembly on Wednesday.
He was a politician in the ruling Cambodian People's Party and was elected as a lawmaker in the 2013 general elections. Endi
