PHNOM PENH -- The National Assembly of Cambodia has formally recognized Sam Rainsy, president of the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), as a minority leader "with a rank equal to the prime minister."

SEOUL -- Four workers were dead on Wednesday when a steel structure broke away from a crane in a South Korean shipyard, local media reported.
The steel structure was separated from the 40-ton crane at about 9:46 a.m. in a shipyard building structures for ships located in Busan, the country's southeastern port city.(S.Korea- Worker Death) Endi
