MUMBAI -- Indian stocks opened higher for the fourth consecutive day on Tuesday, led by gains in shares of energy, realty and information technologies companies.
At 9.35 a.m. local time, the benchmark Sensex was up by 0.39 percent, or 111.60 points, at 28,373.60 points, while the 50-share CNX Nifty of the National Stock Exchange was up 0.33 percent, or 28.45 points, at 8,579.15 points.
