ALGIERS -- The Arab interior ministers' meeting to be held in Algeria this March will be a chance to establish an international mechanism to fight terrorism, an Arab League (AL) official said on Sunday.

WASHINGTON -- Multiple gun shots were fired Saturday night near U.S. Vice President Joe Biden's residence in the state of Delaware from a passing vehicle, the Secret Service said Sunday.

DAMASCUS/BEIRUT -- Israel killed six Lebanese Hezbollah fighters in its airstrikes against a southern Syrian town on Sunday, Syria's national TV reported.
