AFC A-licence coaching course kicks off in Dushanbe

An Asian Football Confederation (AFC) A-licence coaching course kicked off here in the Tajik capital on Friday.

According to Tajikistan's Football Federation (TFF), a total of 20 coaches with B-licence undergo the course that will run till Feb. 11.

The 27-day course is conducted by the AFC Coaching Instructor Islam Akhmedov from Uzbekistan, who is being assisted by Boir Igamberdiev, the FFT instructor.

The course is designed to educate coaches in tactical and advanced technical requirements of teams and team management.

The coaches will be examined on the practical and theoretical aspects of the game.

Last year TFF jointly with AFC also held the B- and C-licence coaching course in Tajikistan. Endi
