Myanmar hockey team, which is set to take part in 28th SEA Games, will play friendly matches in Malaysia, according to Myanmar Hockey Federation Friday.

In one month from the end of February to March, about eight friendly matches will be played between Myanmar and Malaysian club teams as a preparation for the SEA Games.

At present, altogether 30 hockey players are under training by Pakistani coach and final selection will be made after the friendlies.

In the previous 27th SEA Games hosted by Myanmar last year, Myanmar hockey team grabbed a bronze medal. Endi
