Ginobili lifts Spurs past Hornets

Manu Ginobili scored 27 points to lead the San Antonio a 98-93 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night.

Danny Green scored 18 points and Tim Duncan added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Spurs, who snapped the Hornets' five-game win streak. Hornets' Kemba Walker socred 28 points. Lance Stephenson returned from a 14-game absence due to a pelvic sprain and had 8 points. Bismack Biyombo added 12 points and 15 rebounds.

"Today I made a couple of shots and made better decisions, so I am happy about it," Ginobili said after the game. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "Tonight we came through so it feels pretty good." Endi
