General Ravelonarivo Jean was appointed Madagascar's prime minister, the general secretary of the presidency General Ralala Roger said Wednesday night at a ceremony broadcasted alive by Madagascar's National Television (TVM).

The prime minister was appointed by Madagascar's president Hery Rajaonarimampianina 48 hours after the resignation of Kolo Roger and his government. Endi
