Xinhua, January 14, 2015 Adjust font size:

U.S. President Barack Obama will arrive in India on Jan. 25 for a three-day visit of this country, sources said Wednesday.

During his three-day trip, President Obama will attend India's Republic Day celebrations on Jan. 26 as chief guest following an invitation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year.

"Apart from this, President Obama will hold bilateral meetings with the Indian Prime Minister and also address industrialists," the sources said.

President Obama, who will be accompanied by his wife Michelle, will also visit the iconic monument of Taj Mahal in the northern Indian town of Agra, some 200 km from the national capital, the sources said. Endi
