Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Monday that Hayat Boumeddiene, wife of Amedy Coulibaly, who killed four hostages at a supermarket in Paris, arrived in Turkey from Madrid on Jan. 2, stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and went to Syria on Jan. 8, state-run Anatolia news agency reported.
