Smog to shroud N China

Smoggy weather will blanket north China from Monday to Thursday with deteriorating air quality, the National Meteorological Center (NMC) forecast on Sunday.

Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province will see fog or smog and some regions will be choked by serious air pollution due to the calm weather in the coming days, the NMC said.

Meteorological authorities of Hebei Province issued a yellow alert for smog on Sunday, advising people to wear masks, drive carefully and spend less time outside. Endi
