470 drug related cases exposed in Myanmar

A total of 471 drug related cases were exposed with 582 men and 79 women involved arrested in Myanmar in December 2014, according to official figures released on Friday.

Most of the cases exposed were related to opium, heroin, stimulate tablets, marijuana, and pseudo Ephedrine tablets.

In 2013, a total of 1,228 drug related cases were exposed in northern Shan State, and a total of 1,350 men and 1,014 women were arrested. Endi
