Beijing hands in Winter Games bidding report

Chinese Olympic Committee president Liu Peng handed Beijing's Guarantees to the IOC executive director for the Olympic Games Christophe Dubi at the IOC headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland on Tuesday morning.
