On Dec 7, 2014, a woman in yellow walked alone into the sea, and was soon submerged in Qinhuangdao, north China's Hebei province. Eighteen students of Yanshan University bravely burst into the icy sea water to rescue her. They stood hand in hand against the cold wind, forming a flesh chain of three to four meters long. Finally, the woman was rescued.
Chen Xuepei, a student who participated in rescue said: "At that time everyone was anxious. We just rushed directly to the sea without thinking much. Our cell phones submerged in water and could not be turned on."
