No. 5 Henan province
Henan, located in the center of China, entered the 3-trillion-yuan group in 2013 and occupies the fifth rank with a 3.2 trillion yuan GDP. However, its per capita GDP is ranked 23rd out of 31 provincial-level administrative regions.
