3rd International Low-Carbon City Forum opens in Shenzhen

The Third Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City Forum opens today in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The forum, with the theme of "Cities' Transition to Green and Low-Carbon Development," aims to provide a platform for promoting international cooperation on low-carbon development and discussing governmental approaches to climate change and sustainable development.
