Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City, a leading project of the sustainable urbanization cooperation between China and EU, is located in Shenzhen's Longgang District, in south China's Guangdong Province. Initiated in 2012 and with a planned area of 53 square kilometers, the 7-year project is designed to demonstrate China's achievements in low-carbon technology. [Photo/Chinagate.cn]
