More than ten Russian infants suffering from cerebral palsy are currently receiving acupuncture treatment in Heilongjiang. Acupuncture, recently inscribed on Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is widely practiced in China today, and is proved effective in dealing with some diseases that baffle Western medicine.
