Fatah officials take part in a candle-lighting ceremony to mark the 5th anniversary of late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat' death in an office in southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah on November 10, 2009, a move to defy Hamas's ban on marking the death anniversary of Arafat in Gaza Strip. The event used to be a mass gathering in the Palestinian territories, but Hamas, which seized control of Gaza in 2007, has banned public activities on this occasion for two years.
