Palestinian policemen guard near the assembly place of the sixth congress of the Palestinian Fatah movement in the West Bank city of Bethlehem, on August 4, 2009. Some 4,200 policemen and security officers have been deployed in Bethlehem during the three-day conference meetings which kicked off on Tuesday morning.
