Inbound Traveler Numbers on the Rise

A South Korean family passes through entry formalities in Dandong, Liaoning Province, on July 21, 2009. Following the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the number of travelers passing through Dandong decreased sharply. But starting in May 2009, the port made efforts to speed up entry procedures, including setting up special fast-track routes and service teams for tourists.
