Photo taken on February 25, 2009 shows a view of Shibei New Village of Xiang'e Township in Dujiangyan City of southwest China's Sichuan Province. Sichuan Province speed up the construction of permanent housing with 85,800 houses and 1,143,000 rural habitats being built, respectively 27.37 percent and 90.5 percent of the restoration plan.
