Locals compete in a horse racing in the Kanasi Nature Reserve of northwest China's Uygur Autonomous Region on January 2, 2008. The match was part of a photography festival held on Friday, which the local tourism authority hoped could draw photography fans to catch the beautiful sceneries and cultures and life of locals in Kanasi and in turn help promote tourism.
