In September 2013, EGP’s third Policy Dialogue Seminar was held with MEP officials and expert to review the Programme’s Study 5 and Study 6 on Public Participation Mechanism and Environmental Court and Tribunal System. Ms. Li Jingyun, deputy director of Division of Law, Ms. Huang Miao, deputy director of Division of European Affairs, and Ms Tang Yaping, director of EIA division were presented at the seminar and shared their suggestions for the studies and the follow-up policy recommendations. Through the event, demands and ideas from China’s central government are better understood by EGP experts.
