Till October 2012, 4 studies under the 4 programme themes have been completed.3 follow-up trainings were held in both central and local levels as capacity building sessions. During the trainings, EU experiences in environmental justice, environmental public interest litigation, environmental damage assessment and remediation were introduced. Chinese practices, policies and cases were also reviewed during the sessions.
