NZ Confirmed 5th Death Related to Influenza A/H1N1

New Zealand on Wednesday confirmed two deaths related to influenza A/H1N1, bringing the death toll to five.
Chief Coroner Neil MacLean said a 49-year-old man from Christchurch, who suffered from asthma died at the weekend, while a 46-year-old man from Blenheim, with pre-existing health problems died a week ago. Both had contracted Influenza A/H1N1.
The number of confirmed cases of Influenza A/H1N1 was 1,195 on Tuesday, up from 1,059 on Monday.
