Venezuela Reports 222 A/H1N1 Flu Cases

Venezuelan health authorities on Monday confirmed 222 cases of the influenza A/H1N1 in the country.
The National Institute of Hygiene said 66 patients were receiving free medical treatment and other 156 had recovered from the disease.
Nancy Perez, deputy minister for collective health networks, said that the patients had light to moderate symptoms and those first infected had a fast recovery.
Perez said that the number of patients had reduced thanks to the control, tracking and recommendations given by the health ministry.
