Finland has confirmed seven more cases of A/H1N1 flu this week, bringing the total number of cases to 43, Finnish media reported on Thursday.

All seven, diagnosed this week, were infected during international trips, the report said.

Among the 43 cases, only one is believed to have been infected locally.

The Finnish National Institute of Health and Welfare has recommended all travelers from Mexico, the United States, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Britain to undergo a week of self-observation.
