Singapore Confirms 89 More Cases of Influenza A/H1N1

Singapore on Saturday confirmed 89 new cases of Influenza A/ H1N1, bringing the total number of such cases to 454 in the city state.
According to a statement issued by Singapore's Ministry of Health on Saturday night, in addition to these 89 new cases, 53 other cases were pending investigation on Friday. Of these 142 cases, 65 have been investigated. Of the 65 cases, 34 are local cases and 31 others are imported cases. The remaining 77 cases are still being investigated.
Singapore reported its first confirmed case of Influenza A/H1N1on May 27.
