Chile to Take A/H1N1 Virus Preventive Measure in Match Against Bolivia

The government of Santiago will take measure against the influenza A/H1N1 virus for the World Cup qualifier between Chile and Bolivia.

"We are not going to take extreme measures. From the beginning the government has committed to take care of the people, but our evaluation says that these events do not represent a risk of infection," mayor Igor Garafulic said.

"We are going to give basic information, because we should not exaggerate the H1N1 flu. There are very basic measure to avoid it and those are the ones we are going to give in a bulletin," Garafulic added.

Chile is third on the standings.
