Health officials in Washington state of the US said on Saturday that a man has died from what appears to be complications of the A/H1N1 flu.

By far, three deaths have been reported in US due to the epidemic which has killed 48 in Mexico and one each in Costa Rica and Canada, and sickened over 4,000 worldwide.
