A chartered plane sent to fetch Chinese citizens from Mexico arrived in Shanghai on Wednesday afternoon, with 98 passengers and 21 crew members on board.
The plane landed at the Pudong International Airport at 4:32 PM. All the passengers and crew members will be quarantined, said a spokesman of the Shanghai municipal information office.
China sent the flight after an agreement with Mexico, plagued by the A/H1N1 flu outbreak, to send respective chartered flights to bring back nationals.
